RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on Oh Polly USA Inc. (T/A Oh Polly) and are incorporated by reference in these Terms.

Returns Policy

You’re more than welcome to return your unwanted item(s) back to us, following our terms and conditions below. Please take a look to ensure your return is accepted and processed within our returns policy.

Orders must be returned back to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange, from the date your order is delivered, extended to 30 days for store credit.

Please note, sale items are returnable for store credit or exchange only.

Return Fees

Please note, return fees are priced per return generated.

If you're a new customer, your first return will be free of charge (excluding self post).

Return fees will be deducted from your refund at the time we process it.

Original Condition

Items must be returned back to us in their original condition - unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, perfume and must have all original tags attached.

All items will be inspected upon arrival back to our warehouse and failure to be returned in their original condition may lead to cleaning charges or refusal.

Non-Returnable Items

Our non-returnable items include: nipple covers, briefs and thongs, socks, face masks, eye masks, headbands, hair accessories, ear muffs, fitness equipment and water bottles.

Processing Times

We aim to process all returns within 15 days of delivery to us, providing there are no issues with the return.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

ORDER PLACEMENT

Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us.

After you have placed an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order.

Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.

We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the Products have been dispatched.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa and MasterCard together with PayPal, Klarna, ClearPay, Google Pay and AfterPay.

Your credit card or other account detailed at checkout will be debited when you click on the confirm button.

All payments are processed through third party payment gateways using PCI Encryption.

PRICING AND SALES TAX

All prices before checkout, if applicable, are exclusive of any applicable sales tax.

The amount of sales tax chargeable will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this website including graphics, logos, images, product descriptions and text are the property of Oh Polly USA Inc.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

GOVERNANCE

These Terms and Conditions and your use of this site will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

SMS TERMS

You agree to receive promotional marketing texts from Oh Polly.

Message frequency varies.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP.

PRODUCT REVIEWS

We invite customers to leave a review after purchase or organically via the product page.

Reviews with profanity are detected and moderated.

OH POLLY REWARDS

Oh Polly has the right to change or withdraw promotional offers, points structure and tier benefits at any time.

Customers earn points per dollar spent and points may be redeemed against future purchases.

Points are subject to expiry if unused for 12 months.
